Joy is our Birthright - This felt like a lie
Until it didn't
When I started my Self-Discovery journey, a common theme in all the Spiritual books I read and teachers I followed was their complete faith in this one belief - Joy is our inherent birthright.
To me this sounded like a lie. Some Spiritual mumbo-jumbo that was only granted to the chosen ones.
